Stars

Star Word Ceiling - You want to have those "Star Words" everywhere in your house. Print the words up on some stars and put them on the ceiling in your child's room. The kids love to lay down and record the words they can read on the Star Word sheet. Lots of fun!

apple bingo

For some fall-time fun, lets play some apple bingo to practice our sight words.

Download and print the apple bingo sheet. Fill out the apples with your current sight words. The picture below has numbers, but you can replace those with words. Using a marker/chip (try some AppleJacks cereal), call out a word. Your child will place the cereal on the correct word.
Once finished, enjoy your AppleJacks as a reward!
